No hidden fees. Our pricing is completely transparent. The only fees you'll see are the platform commission (for Professional plans) and any payment processing fees from your chosen payment gateway.
When do I get paid?
For Professional plan users, payments are typically processed within 3-5 business days after your event ends. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom payment schedules.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and pricing is prorated based on your usage.
What payment methods are supported?
We support mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and card payments. Enterprise customers can request custom payment gateway integrations.
